How to Report a Damaged or Defective Product

  • Reach out within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue.

Provide Proof:

  • Share clear images of the damaged or defective product and its original packaging for verification.

Once the issue is verified, we will process either a replacement or a full refund based on your preference.

Important Points to Note

No Returns or Exchanges for Undamaged Products:

  • If the product delivered matches your order and is free from any damage or defect, we regret to inform you that we cannot process a return or exchange. Please double-check your order details before purchasing.

Sale & Discounted Items:

  • Items purchased during sales, special offers, or with a coupon code are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges are strictly limited to cases of damaged or defective products.

Color & Measurement Variations:

  • Slight color differences or minor size variations, as mentioned in the product description, are normal and not considered defects.

Additional Guidelines

  • Packaging Requirements:
    The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging to process a replacement or refund.

  • Processing Time:
    Once the damaged product is received and verified, the replacement or refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Return Pickup Fee for Prepaid Orders:
    A Rs. 200 fee will be deducted from the refund amount for return pickup.
